FAQ

All events, with the exception of the Friday Golf tournament, will be held at The Manor - 711 Southgate Drive, Blacksburg, VA 24060.

Room rate or block agreements have been secured at six hotels near campus. Booking links and phone numbers will be published on the Hotels page as they become available — most hotels will go active with reservations on or around one year out. We strongly suggest booking early due to anticipated non-GCAF events occurring on the same weekend. Please specify you are with the German Club 135th Anniversary Reunion block when booking.

The Saturday evening Gala is Black Tie.

Transportation will be provided from specifically designated area hotels at beginning of event and back 
to those same designated area hotels at end of event.  

Transportation back to designated hotels for those wishing to leave the Gala early will be provided.  
Details and schedule(s) as they become available. 

NOTE: Buses/shuttles will have designated times and routes  
and will NOT be available for individual requests.
